Jamie Ferguson
Dance Director
Jamie Ferguson has taught all ages and levels in tap, jazz, ballet, tumbling and creative movement for almost twenty years. Today she is acting dance director at Fusion Dance in Rocklin. For the two previous years she was co-owner of Dance Kraze] in San Jose. As coach for Pioneer High School in San Jose she brought the team to hold a national rank in each of her four years. Prior to that she was a member of the San Jose Rhinos dance team for four years. Ferguson holds an Associates Degree from West Valley College in liberal arts with coursework in child development.
Kendra Mace
Dance Instructor
Kendra Mace has been performing, teaching, choreographing and creating dance programs and curricula for private and public institutions for many years. Until recently she created dance programs for children, adolescents and adults aboard Holland American Cruise Lines while at the same time pursuing dance study abroad. Prior to that she was a choreographer and instructor for the national popular dance company, Universal Dance Association. In [year] [Last Name] received a joint BA in Dance and Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. She was a member of Xtreme, Sacramento’s nationally ranked dance team. She also danced for CSU and showcased many individual performances.
Katie Jane
Piano and Voice Instructor
Katherine (Katie) Goudie brings a lifetime love of music to her teaching. Her background in music ranges from playing flute in the marching band to performing on tour as a singer songwriter with a five piece ensemble, under the stage name Katie Jane. Katherine is an experienced music educator who teaches piano, guitar and voice to children of all ages. She enjoys volunteering to help spread music education in her community. In the last year Katherine has been involved with the BRAVO program, teaching 4th grade music appreciation in public school. She also participated with the Capitol City Young Writers Literary Journal as a Songwriting Mentor, working with youth editors. Katherine hopes to leave an appreciation of music with all!
